Number one tax evasion strategy is - Denial.
1. Before you submit your taxes you must write a letter to the Taxation office/IRS that you are not sure about your tax liability and you would like to have your taxes audited.2. Before tax office or IRS will contact you, advise them that you have received good advise and you are ready to declare them as needed (has to be done by letter).
3. After a few weeks you repeat the procedure.
Explanation: All letters addressed to Government MUST be reviewed before processing and are always referred to the supervisor for a review. Which takes approximately 5 weeks. If you keep sending a letter every 4 weeks contradicting yourself Technically your taxes will never be viewed.
Thank God for our automatized bullet proof system.

Has anybody done this and what are the risks to get in trouble. It sounds pretty easy this way, but quite dangerous never the less. I'm not a US citizen and I will not take advantage of such a technique, but I'm curious whether a lot of people consider this option.
Such techniques may take away the business for tax agents like H&R Block, TaxBack.com and RT Tax
Man its a joke :)
